The Scientific Secret Behind A Candle

A huge fire is truly incessant, but gazing a candle is really peaceful. It does triggers a curiosity about what is actually going on in there. Putting intuitives beside, a simple process takes place in the burning of a candle.

On observing closely, some part of the small fire lit up on a candle is yellow, else the remaining part is blue. Blue flame is not just hotter than the yellow one, it causes the yellow flame to take place.

In fact, they have separate physiological processes.

1. The Blue Part
Atoms vibrate in a flame really fast. The more the vibration of atoms in an object, the more heated that object will be. The part of the candle to be lit with a lighter is initially cooler as it's receiving less vibration from its atoms.

After the candle is lit, it starts to vapourize. The vapourized particles escape as gas. As soon as they cover a very short distance, they collide with oxygen molecules. On reacting with each other, they produce heat and blue light.

So here, a question arises from somewhere that, instead of a billion plus colors, why only blue?

The thing is, the reaction causes electrons to change their quantum states and emit a blue photon. This quantum-thing happens many times enough to make the blue light visible to us in a candle.

That is the blue part. The next comes the yellow one.

2. The Yellow Part
The heat generated from the blue flame starts to vapourize the wax into gas. The gas particles react with oxygen and there remain substances which are mostly carbon. And yes, we do have a name for that. Call it 'soot'.

The soot starts to glow on becoming hot. It is the millions of glowing tiny particles of soot that you see when looking at the yellow part.

So why does the soot glow?
Atoms vibrating in a piece of a soot produce electromagnetic waves (which is simply light). Not only soot can do this, but everything - even human beings produce electromagnetic waves. We don't see ourselves glow, as we produce waves at a frequency other than the visible light. The soot can do this, it produces light as the yellow color of the seven colors of visible light.

Apart from the topic, we have eyes that don't recognize some electromagnetic waves. And the ones we do is the visible light. This visible light has the frequency we see. Some waveforms don't travel at such right frequencies as the visible light. There are some organisms which only see waves other than that waves we see.

Back to the candle now. Coming to the conclusion, the blue part happens because of quantum transitions, while yellow part happens on glowing of soot particles of the wax.

Therefore this was how a candle burns. It isn't simple as it sounds or looks. It shows a lot of things can happen in a second.

Had enough of knowledge today.
Going to sleep.

Five Cars That Are World's Most Expensive Which You Probably Can Only Dream About

How amazing it is, looking at beautiful cars, right? Cars show the milestone that the mankind has brought, and they are priced according to their perfomance, flamboyance and their power. Cars are extremely beautiful and exorbitant, and never did it happen that they are light on pockets of the people.

I made a list of the most expensive cars on the planet which you can afford only when you have family relations with Bill Gates or Buffet. This cars can easily leave an impression on faces of the people when they pass through a city. They aren't the cars for an everyday drive. In short, these cars denote the royalty of millionaires and are destined to be theirs.

Here's the chart:

1. Koenisegg CCXR Trevita - $4.8 Million
Koenisegg has its car at the top. Any reason? The reason is, the car is coated with diamonds. I repeat, DIAMONDS. So, it can be out of reach of many simplistic people with moderate means.

Talking about the car, the 4.8-litre V8 engine produces over 1,000 horsepowers and nearly 800 pound-feet of torque. No doubt its performance matches its price. To add more, just three of these were made. There is 0.00001% possibility of getting its keys.

2. Lamborghini Veneno - $4.5 Million
Lamborghini has a rule of making cars with great dynamics. Being one of the most expensive car brands, the huge car manufacturing company on its 50th birthday introduced Veneno, which is based on their Aventador. Only three were made in different colours for the interpretation of the Italian flag.

It has a 6.5-liter V12 which delivers 8,400 rpm and 740 horsepowers. Reaches 60 miles per hour in almost 3.0 seconds. It can be yours for a huge $4.5 millions.

3. Lykan Hypersport - $3.4 Million
This car too has limited production manufactured by W Motors. Produced in the Middle East, anyone can recognise it from an action scene in Furious 7, that turned a bit disastrous for the car.

The cars looks suitable for a science fiction movie. The 3.7-liter flat six twin turbo gives 770 horsepowers and 708 pound-feet torque.

Don't even think of racing against this beast, it reaches 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds.

4. Bugatti Veyron - $3.4 Million

The brand that can make people whoop, which is indeed Bugatti, has introduced a limited edition of Veyron that is not only one of the fastest, but also one of the most expensive cars on planet earth.

The 1,200 horsepower engine boasting up to 254 miles per hour, the Veyron interprets the finest finish one can possibly give to a car. Some of its parts are redesigned to luxury, making the cost too heavy to steer.

5. Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio - $3 Million

Ferrari is my favourite. The way their cars show their trademarked red colour makes us realise the progress Italy has made in making cars. This version of Ferrari isn't costlier than the Veyron, but deserves to bought with $3 millions because of the remarkable aerodynamic design and performance of delivering 562 horsepowers thanks to its 4.5-liter V8 engine.

If one is likely to buy this car, he will be the luckiest one to get one of six cars ever made. The Sergio is a lot more easier to handle than the Ferrari 458 Spider

-----------------

They are worth spending bundles of dollar bills on them. After all, they're one of the most powerful machines ever made.

What do you think about the magic on wheels? Do you think they're worth these prices? I wanna know it. Comment for me?

Ten Songs You Need To Listen

Hundreds of songs release every week, only few of them impress us. So, therefore, what's better than putting up a post suggesting some cool songs I like right now?

This is the playlist of ten songs that I've handpicked:

1. Let Me Love You - DJ Snake featuring Justin Bieber
This song remained a little infamous (like, very little) when it was dropped. It was so that people found themselves addicted to another song of Justin which was released a day before, that they don't wanna hunt for new melodies. Happening to me just this way, thanks to a friend who told me about this one. Listen to it at least once if you're still unaware of this song.

2. Cold Water - Major Lazor featuring Justin Bieber & MO
And there's another one from Justin Bieber, and it's reeeeaallly good. This song is the one that's giving stiff competition for Let Me Love You. It is lovely to listen Justin convey how he'll be jumping into water to save us, no matter how cold it is. It's worth dancing, people.

3. Can't Stop The Feeling - Justin Timberlake
I'm gonna consider that I'm in love with this song. It shows a lot of enthusiasm which is lovely to listen to. I find it the sweetest, which I'd hardly find anywhere. It's great listening to its dancing bass and thus makes you and your headphones happier than ever.

4. Heathens - Twenty One Pilots
Best is that you listen to its poppy beats, though it's difficult to know what the song is trying to say. With its monster-ish theme (It's from the Suicide Squad album, FYI), this song is worth to be on the fourth place on this list.

5. Green Light - Pitbull featuring Lunchmoney Lewis & Flo Rida
It's been a long time since Pitbull has dropped a new album of his, this song is a glimpse of how cool his album is going to be. It is from his upcoming album Climate Change and it left me wondering why Pitbull only cares about the climatic conditions to put names of his albums after them. Anyways, in this song, it hits the best part when it comes to the chorus (Of course every song does, but this one has a different story). Remarks: It's FANTASTIC.

6. Cheap Thrills - Sia featuring Sean Paul
According to its lyrics, you don't need any special requirements to have fun (which is the truth). There is a different version too, of this song. But I love the voice of Sean Paul saying how we worth more than diamond and gold.

7. Closer - The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey
Guys, they're The Chainsmokers. I love the way how blasting their songs are, and now they're here with another example of their mind blowing music. It shows the perfect bond that remains between a couple. Believe me, you'll be thanking me for telling you about this song.

8. Don't You Need Somebody - RedOne
This song is for romantics, who need each other. They ask and they wanna know if their partner wants them. In its video, you'll be finding number of celebs doing the lip synchronisation to this.

9. Make My Love Go - Jay Sean featuring Sean Paul
He wants her so badly because she makes his love go (go where, btw?). And then he writes a song after this. Cool, ain't it? It was dropped by Jay Sean from his upcoming album. Results? I loved it.

10. One Dance - Drake featuring Wizkid & Kyla
Drake, you know, the one who comes every single time with a boom. There he charts his songs and album on the top. One Dance is officially the song of summer and it broke records, so this may be the one you're desperate to listen.

This was how I sort out songs and prefer my taste in music. Not to forget, I'm a big fan of electronic music here.
